Independent living costs vary based on the type of residence you choose. At The Arlington, apartment home floor plans start at $403,970, and Estate Home floor plans start at $1,206,400. These costs include maintenance-free living, access to community amenities, and access to our full continuum of on-site care at predictable costs. What sets The Arlington apart is our Type B Modified LifeCare contract, which provides valuable protection against rising healthcare costs and adds significant peace of mind. This contract ensures that if you ever need higher levels of care, you’ll have priority access to these services at predictable rates, protecting you from unpredictable healthcare cost increases that can impact other senior living options. Type B LifeCare Contract

The Preferred Choice Plan provides the confidence of a lifetime healthcare discount while allowing you to choose the refund option that best meets your financial goals.

Available refund options include:

80% refundable entrance fee
50% refundable entrance fee
0% refundable entrance fee

With this contract, residents receive a discounted rate for future healthcare services should they ever need them, helping provide greater predictability and peace of mind.

Freedom Plan

Type C Fee-for-Service Contract

The Freedom Plan offers a lower entrance fee and monthly service fee structure for those who prefer a fee-for-service approach to future healthcare needs.

Available refund options include:

80% refundable entrance fee
50% refundable entrance fee
0% refundable entrance fee

This contract is only available on select residences, and healthcare services are available at market rates if ever needed.

An entrance fee is a one-time investment that secures your residence and provides access to the many benefits of Life Plan Community living.

Depending on the contract you choose, a portion of your entrance fee may be refundable to you or your estate. Refundability varies by contract and residence, so our team members are happy to walk through the options with you and help determine what fits your financial goals best.

Moving to a senior living community is a big decision, and we want you to feel confident in yours. That’s why The Arlington offers a Satisfaction Guarantee.

Residents who decide within the first four months that The Arlington is not the right fit may be eligible for a refund of their entrance fee, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in their residency agreement. Our residency counselors can walk you through the details.

If Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Skilled Nursing is the right fit today, you can move directly into the level of care you need without paying an upfront entrance fee. You’ll simply pay a monthly fee based on the care and services you receive. This option is designed for those who need care now. Because this is a month-to-month arrangement, it does not include the discounted healthcare rates and financial protections available through our Preferred Choice Plan.
