The pro­gram focus­es on all aspects of a healthy lifestyle, from med­ical care to men­tal well­ness to a healthy environment. 

Telemed­i­cine Technology 

Telemed­i­cine tech­nol­o­gy pro­vides on-demand physi­cian access for res­i­dents with a sim­ple click of a but­ton. It reduces unnec­es­sary and cost­ly trips to the emer­gency room and keeps you in con­trol of your well-being. It also pro­vides peace of mind for fam­i­lies know­ing loved ones have care a click away and are sup­port­ed through the process with an in-per­son health care assistant. 

Indoor Air Quality 

Fol­low­ing indoor air qual­i­ty best prac­tices is at the very core of Ever­Safe 360°. Our indoor air qual­i­ty ini­tia­tive empha­sizes air qual­i­ty and its con­nec­tion to heat­ing, ven­ti­la­tion and air con­di­tion­ing sys­tems. Mem­o­ry care and compassion

At Life Care Ser­vices, our focus is on serv­ing the res­i­dent. We apply this same approach with Heart­felt Con­nec­tions – A Mem­o­ry Care Pro­gram®. This exclu­sive LCS Sig­na­ture Expe­ri­ence is a nation­al­ly rec­og­nized pro­gram that pro­vides care for res­i­dents with Alzheimer’s dis­ease and oth­er relat­ed mem­o­ry-impair­ing demen­tias. Heart­Felt Con­nec­tions makes a dif­fer­ence because it tru­ly focus­es on the res­i­dent and their abilities.

Mem­o­ries fade, but we know past rela­tion­ships and expe­ri­ences con­tin­ue to shape the lives of res­i­dents every day. Our mem­o­ry care pro­gram uses cus­tomized rem­i­nis­cence tools to help loved ones cap­ture a last­ing lega­cy of details about each resident’s life — fam­i­ly, friends, career, hob­bies, likes and dislikes. 

We apply the insights gained from each life sto­ry to indi­vid­u­al­ized pro­gram­ming for every res­i­dent. Cus­tomized activ­i­ties are designed to pro­mote phys­i­cal and emo­tion­al well-being and pro­long dai­ly func­tion­ing. These activ­i­ties also help res­i­dents main­tain a sense of pur­pose, sat­is­fac­tion, dig­ni­ty and qual­i­ty of life.
