Executive Director
Christy Skinner, Executive Director, brings 25 years of experience in the Senior Living industry, specializing in administration and corporate operations. With a bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitative Counseling from Florida State University, Christy oversees all community operations, supporting staff in creating elevated experiences for residents. She ensures exceptional care is delivered with compassion and excellence, while managing all aspects of daily operations and supervising the leadership team and staff.

Mary Campbell
Director of Resident Services and Lifestyles
Mary Campbell, Director of Resident Services and Lifestyles, brings over 30 years of experience in healthcare and senior living to her role at The Arlington. With dual Masters Degrees in Business Administration and Healthcare Administration, Mary has held leadership positions working with clinical staff, medical professionals, families, and seniors. She has been actively involved in local organizations and served on executive boards for nonprofits. As an advocate for residents, Mary oversees a team that develops programming based on an eight-dimension model of whole person wellness. Born in Fort Sill, Oklahoma, and a Naples resident since 2005, Mary previously ran her own professional organizing and home staging business, specializing in helping seniors with hoarding disorders. She is passionate about enhancing residents’ quality of life and believes in the power of transformation.

Deborah Galt
Director of Environmental Services
Deborah Galt, Director of Environmental Services at The Arlington of Naples since 2015, boasts 37 years of experience in hospitality and senior living. Born in Trinidad and Tobago and educated in England, she holds a BA in Hospitality Management from Cauldon College. Deborah leads a dedicated team committed to maintaining cleanliness and supporting residents’ needs. With her extensive background and focus on quality, she strives to exceed expectations in apartment, villa, and common area maintenance while ensuring resident satisfaction.

Robbi Cleveland
Director of Sales and Marketing
Robbi Cleveland, Director of Sales and Marketing, brings over 13 years of experience in senior living, encompassing both sales and operations roles. With a strong commitment to enhancing seniors’ quality of life, Robbi ensures potential residents and their families receive personalized experiences, comprehensive information, and seamless support throughout the decision-making and move-in process. She focuses on building strong relationships and maintaining open communication to create a welcoming and supportive environment where residents can thrive.

Darrell Johnson
Director of Culinary Services
Darrell Johnson, Director of Culinary Services, is a Certified Executive Chef with an impressive culinary background. A three-time James Beard nominee and Michelin Bibb Gourmand award winner, he has made four Food Network appearances and is inducted into the African American Chef’s Hall of Fame. With a master’s in psychology and over 25 years in the food hospitality industry, Darrell brings his expertise to The Arlington of Naples. He is committed to providing residents with an elevated, ever-evolving dining experience using fresh, house-made products. Darrell takes great pride in creating meals that exceed expectations and finds joy in seeing residents’ satisfied faces during dinner and their favorite social hour.
Kristin Dunning
Registered Dietician
Kristin brings over 30 years of experience in senior living to The Arlington of Naples. She is dedicated to creating and managing individualized nutrition care plans for residents, educating both staff and residents on the importance of nutrition, and ensuring that all practices comply with regulatory standards.
Kristin’s passion lies in ensuring that every senior enjoys a top-notch dining experience, which she believes is a key component of overall well-being. She loves the chance to help people with diverse questions and tasks every day. Each interaction is unique, so she’s always engaged in something new, whether it’s solving a tricky problem or learning about someone’s personal experiences and goals. For Kristin, the variety keeps the day fresh and interesting.

Dawn Taylor
Director of Human Resources
Dawn Taylor, Director of Human Resources, brings 18 years of healthcare experience, including 8 years in Senior Living, to her role at The Arlington. With a master’s degree in business administration (MBA), Dawn leads a team dedicated to maintaining high service standards and a positive community culture. She ensures residents have access to experienced, compassionate, and appropriately licensed staff. Dawn is a mother of two adult children and owner of Lulu, a certified service dog she trained to assist seniors with cognitive impairments and seizures.
Lindsey Bryant
Director of Nursing
Lindsey Bryant, Director of Nursing, has dedicated over 15 years to healthcare, focusing exclusively on senior living. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of South Florida and recently earned her Certification as a Certified Director of Nursing in Long Term Care from NADONA. In her role, Lindsey oversees all aspects of nursing services and patient care, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, safe, and effective nursing care while contributing to the healthcare facility’s overall strategic goals.

James Heard, RN, BSN
Director of Innovative Home Services
James Heard, RN, BSN, Director of Innovative Home Services, brings 13 years of experience in Senior living to his role. A graduate of Rasmussen University, James leads the strategic development and management of home care services within the community. He oversees care delivery, ensuring tailored services that enhance residents’ quality of life while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. James is an Army veteran who served in Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom from January 2004 to January 2005.

Odile Plancher
Director of Assisted Living and Memory Care
Odile Plancher, Director of Assisted Living and Memory Care at The Arlington of Naples, brings 27 years of healthcare experience serving the senior community. Her diverse background includes roles as a floor nurse, nurse supervisor, and executive director across various healthcare settings. Core Trained since 2021, Odile oversees the efficient operation of the Assisted Living Department, monitors residents’ medical conditions, ensures compliance with state regulations, and manages clinical services. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Tommy Johnson
Director of Security and Receiving
Tommy Johnson, Director of Security & Receiving at The Arlington of Naples, transitioned from a retail background in Loss Prevention to join the community in 2015. Starting as a security officer, he was promoted to Security Supervisor before assuming his current role in July. Tommy oversees all Security officers and the Receiving team, working diligently to maintain a safe and happy community. He is committed to upholding The Arlington’s hospitality promises and strives to create a legacy of elevated excellence. Tommy goes above and beyond for residents, staff, team members, leadership, and visitors. Outside of work, he is a proud father to a twelve-year-old son.

Cathy Phillips
Health Center Administrator
Cathy Phillips is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator who graduated from Lindenwood University with a Baccalaureate Degree in Health Administration. She has passionately served seniors for over 28 years and has been a keynote speaker and board member for various healthcare organizations. Cathy enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 children and loves trail running with her dog.
Elaine Lawrence, RN
Director of The Wellness Center
Elaine brings over 30 years of experience in healthcare and senior living to The Arlington. With a background in cardiac care, home health, and geriatrics, she is highly skilled in both physical and cognitive assessments, having worked extensively as an independent contractor for various long-term care insurance companies.
Today, Elaine acts as a resident advocate and nurse liaison, ensuring smooth transitions across the healthcare system and within our life plan continuum. She is dedicated to serving The Arlington’s residents with empathy and respect, making sure each individual receives the support and services they need every day.
Elaine is motivated by the knowledge that she can make a profound impact on someone’s life each day. The dynamic nature of her work, dealing with the nuances of personalities and situations, provides endless opportunities to connect with residents and make a meaningful difference.
Outside of work, Elaine is a mother of six and a grandmother of three. With her family spread across the continental U.S. and Hawaii, she enjoys traveling. Elaine is also interested in exploring alternatives to Western medicine, particularly functional medicine and the root causes of disease. Additionally, she enjoys reading historical fiction and discovering wines from around the world.
